Some of the places that are sitting abandoned in Colorado currently were once known for being a lot of fun. These places include the old amusement park known as Heritage Square, which closed its doors in 2018, Champions Golf and Games in Colorado Springs which has a much darker, almost occult-like presence today than prior to its being abandoned, and Buckskin Joe's, a former movie set and theme park that is a sad shell of its former self.

In addition, some of these places include popular roadside attractions and landmarks that either evolved or simply closed over the years. These places include the former exit of Colorado Springs' Cave of the Winds, The World's Wonder View Tower which is a far cry from its former self these days, as well as the Colorado Springs International Speedway which is now home to more snakes than racecars.

We'll also take a look at an abandoned sugar factory, a Masonic Temple that has been left to rot, an old jail dating back over 100 years, and more.
