Who Is Daniel Cabellero?
Daniel Cabellero joined the Denver Police Department in 2021 and was assigned to the Denver Police Department Patrol Division. Daniel Cabellero's Arrest in Aurora
According to the arrest affidavit obtained by Sentinel, Cabellero had attended a party with 4 others, one of which was his girlfriend.
Cabellero's girlfriend requested that the group leave the party after noticing that he had become highly intoxicated. On the drive back from the party, one of the members of Cabellero's group reported to Aurora police that she witnessed Cabellero pull his girlfriend's hair while she was driving, causing her discomfort.
The group returned to a residence on South Waco Way in Aurora and allegedly got into a dispute. Cabellero is alleged to have pulled a Glock 26 firearm out and pressed it into the abdomen of one of the guys in the group. One of the members of the group called the Aurora Police Department and Cabellero was arrested.
Cabellero is now facing charges of menacing, harassment, domestic violence, and prohibited use of weapons.
