What Were Your Weekend Stressors Montrose?

This weekend was my husband's birthday. We headed to Ouray for the ice climbing event, and some well-deserved relaxation. What started off as a great weekend, took a turn Sunday morning.

What Went Wrong This Weekend?

Within minutes of starting a laundry load, our washing machine started leaking again. I tried calling two plumbing companies with no luck.  This has been an ongoing issue for 3 months.

I was making my husband some birthday brownies, and my eggs were stuck to the carton.  At 5.49 a dozen, that was the last straw for me.

So we went to breakfast, and I went about my day, grocery shopping, cleaning, and the typical Sunday stuff. The crappy morning was now in the rearview mirror. I did have to head to the laundry mat and rewash my clothes.

So I started thinking, we have so much to be grateful for. I can take my dog Deuce for a walk, and read a book. Make a delicious dinner, well my husband is the chef. Go get my car washed, it's always so dirty in the winter, with the snow and rain. Here's hoping your weekend was better than mine. That's life, we all have some sort of stress. On the flip side, we can all do things to relax as well. I hope you have a great week. I'm still waiting on that plumber.
